CHINESE MASSAGE BY GUASHA (KUA-SHA)
Guasha – a massage tool made of animal horns – is in China being often replaced by anything similar regardless the material such as different kinds of spoons, blunt edges of knives, various plastic and wooden pieces or flat river pebbles. Guasha is usually made of buffalo´s horns. Sometimes it is produced from different sorfs of material such as porcelain, metal or plastic. Milan Cerny - our teacher - has seen it all. Guasha belongs to the Chinese most popular massages.
People are said to be applying this kind of massage anywhere in the public places, for example when hanging out in parks, on the roads, in any means of public transport or at homes. Guasha massage helps skin´s blood supply run easier and faster. Skin´s reddening can appear during the massage and leads to better toxins´elimination sedimented in our skin.
